This is one of the trendiest backpack diaper bags available on the market. One of our most popular Pinterest pins of all-time, moms are loving this diaper backpack's styling, features, and versatility. And it's not only available in the style we show to the right, it's also available in black, an adorably flower petal design, and jersey grey. And they all look like really stylish diaper bags; in fact, if it wasn't for their enormous size you might mistake it for a stylish little backpack. Of course, you'll probably have baby bottles sticking up out of the side pockets and pacifiers hanging from clips, so dead giveaway there too. Anyway, this is a feature rich diaper bag that doesn't just look great, it performs great as well. It has 7 pockets on the outside, including two insulated baby bottle pockets, zippered and lined top and side pockets for your keys and wallet, and convenient front pockets with flap closures. And when it arrived it was much bigger than we had assumed based on the pictures; the inside is really large and there are 10 different dividers and pockets for organizing all the stuff you'll be lugging around. It's really nice actually because the diaper bag stands on its own and the front zippered pocket opens up the entire front. But when you do so, it isn't just a big waterfall of your stuff falling forward and out onto the floor. It has a mesh liner on the lower half of the interior to keep things from falling out, and when you combine that with all the different pouches and zippered pockets, you can really do a nice job organizing things in here. There's enough space and dividers to separate diapers, wipes, extra clothing, pacifiers, extra bottles, and more. Speaking of changing diapers, it comes with a cute changing pad that folds up nicely, though it doesn't include any type of diaper/wipe holder for when you want to scurry off to the bathroom with the changing pad, a diaper and a couple wipes. Some other things that it does have, however, include stroller straps (but be careful to only use these on a stroller that is loaded with a baby who weighs enough to counteract the weight of the bag!), the use of vegan leather on the pockets and tassels (so you can look good and feel good about not harming animals to make your bag), and a carrying handle up top. We also loved the bottom, with its thick rubber feet that keep the bag stable and able to stand on its own, while also keeping the fabric material from ever touching the ground. That was pretty clever! Overall, everything worked pretty well and felt decent quality. The zippers weren't as rugged as you might expect from a bag that costs $150, and there are some reports online about seams splitting or ripping after several months of use. We haven't had that issue, but we'll update this review if we do. Also, the shoulder pads could be a bit more comfortable for when you're carrying it for longer periods of time. So overall, if you must have this style and are willing to fork over the cash to get it, this is definitely a trendy diaper bag that is not only super cute but also surprisingly functional and well-designed. After applying our criteria, we ended up with a list of a dozen bags to test. As soon as the bags arrived, we examined the overall design, features, and pocket structure carefully. Then my husband and I spent six weeks carrying the bags daily in everyday life, using each bag for at least two days and the best ones for far longer than that (I’m a 5-foot-3 woman; my husband is 5-foot-10). We were consistent in how we packed each one. We kept it to the basics: a few diapers, a travel pack of wipes, a change of clothing for our 18-month old son, an insulated lunch bag with snacks (usually crackers, Cheerios, granola bars, and oranges), a 16.9-ounce disposable water bottle, sunscreen, toys (usually a toy car or two), tissue, hand sanitizer, a smartphone, wallet, and keys. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/59/b7/26/59b726462d484031c3f8159885504e22.jpg

The easiest to clean of all the bags we tested, the Ju-Ju-Be B.F.F. was also the most versatile, with adjustable, removable straps that allow it to be carried as a cross-body messenger bag, backpack, shoulder bag, or tote. It was arguably the most stylish bag we picked, and definitely the most expensive. For the extra investment, the Ju-Ju-Be adds features not seen in our other picks, including some handy metal feet that elevate the bag off a dirty surface, and convenient touches like a felt-lined sunglasses pocket.

I loved the SkipHop when we had two kids, but it didn’t hold up well and I decided a back pack was a must. As my younger boys grew, I’d take one of their Pottery Barn backpacks to amusement parks, MLB games, the zoo, etc. They worked great for these trips but I wasn’t a fan of the robots or Spider-Man. For baby number 3, I got a Vera Bradley backpack that I love. The laptop compartment is perfect for a changing pad, diapers, and wipes. The rest of the bag has a good amount of pockets. Also because it’s not technically a diaper bag, I will continue using it as needed after we are out of the baby stage.

Thirty One Gifts has affordable products for everyone, thanks to their large catalog. From small accessories like their $3 decorative nail file to the $60 large Elite Retro Metro bucket-style bag, there are several products at every price point. Thrifty shoppers are sure to love Thirty One Gifts' monthly customer specials and inexpensive organizational sets.
This bag is easier to clean than any other bag we tested. A major thing that sets the B.F.F. apart is that this is the only one with the manufacturer’s approval to send it through the washing machine.2 In our 24-hour-old-milk-and-crushed-Cheerios cleaning test, we gave the bag a quick, perfunctory wipedown, then (per the company’s instructions) removed the straps, turned the bag inside out, placed it in a pillowcase, and tossed it in the machine with the rest of our laundry. When we took it out of the wash, all the milk and crusted cereal crumbs were gone, and it was the only one that truly looked spotless after our cleaning tests. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/d0/47/5c/d0475c370a8aa6907455ebc76063bbf2--my-thirty-one-thirty-one-gifts.jpg?b
Beyond comfort, the B.F.F. earns its name thanks to its multiple mom-friendly features: Teflon-treated, stain-repelling outer fabric, an antimicrobial interior lining that reduces odor-causing bacteria and mildew (in case, you know, a bottle spills and you forget about it), and the ability to toss the whole thing in the washing machine if, despite all of the above, it needs a good cleaning. https://i.pinimg.com/280x280_RS/04/8e/7b/048e7b71ae97caacc3b4b20071452cef.jpg
Seemingly the most common complaint about this bag is that the main zippered compartment is deep, narrow, and simply not big enough. On the plus side, the narrow compartment means that the Skip Hop Duo Signature isn’t too bulky, as many other diaper bags bags we tested were. But it also means that you may end up stacking your stuff in the main compartment, and not having much room for extras.
The plan is a part of Cuomo's 2019 women's justice agenda, legislation that addresses the gender wage gap, as well as economic and social justice for all New York women. According to a 2017 report from the Institute for Women's Policy Research, 11% of undergraduates, or 2.1 million students, were single mothers as of 2012, which has doubled since 2000. Additionally, that same study found that 4 in 10 women at two-year colleges say that they are likely or very likely to drop out of school due to their dependent care obligations. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/2c/5d/c8/2c5dc897bbbcf0912cb09e3247e7d0e2--amazing-nature-what-to-use.jpg
The Skip Hop Duo Signature showed no wear and tear as a toddler did his best to get it dirty, including dragging it across the beach and dumping sand inside it. You can flip the bag over to dump out dirt and crumbs, and we were able to successfully scrub off dried milk and crushed Cheerios from the bag’s wipeable polyester interior. The Skip Hop Duo’s deep, narrow main compartment is a bit challenging to reach into to clean compared with those of other diaper bags, but the material is slippery enough that we could still clean it easily enough. Only one other bag, our upgrade pick, was easier to clean. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/1c/26/f3/1c26f3ad69e7bebe6e422d9469c0380b--thirty-one-coloring-party--birthday.jpg
The Zip-Top Organizing Utility Tote (ZOUT) is designed to make life easier for you. With seven exterior pockets, there isn’t much this versatile tote can’t hold. Take it with you on your trip to the beach, pool or park, or add a Fold N’ File to take your office or school work with you while keeping it all organized. Use it as a diaper bag when you’re out and about with the baby. When you’re at home, use it to organize your car, basement, closets, or laundry room. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/eb/47/47/eb474760ab6a7ff5a693e8c274753d94--thirty-one-bags-thirty-one-gifts.jpg
I have several 31 bags. One of my faves is the organizing utility tote- I use it as my teacher work bag. I love this style for a diaper bag too. The new spring catalog is out and I want the party punch print. Because it does not close I plan on getting the zipper pouch for things lime diapers , ointments etc... and mini pouch for smaller items . Of course, they will all be personalized !

A tip that I wish I had figured out a lot sooner… cosmetic bags are a GREAT “rectangular” size to hold a few diapers and a small wipes pack, plus some other small items (WetWipes, etc). I have several of these diaper “clutches”… they can easily go in and out of our larger diaper bag, and I keep one in each car. I like them a lot better than the true “diaper clutches” that are sold – I don’t need something bulky/fancy that folds out into a changing pad, etc! I have found good size bags at WalMart and Harmon. https://i.pinimg.com/345x/79/bd/26/79bd260784749f6ad72b312cf61db1a2.jpg?b

The Thirty-One organizing utility tote measures approximately 10.25 inches in height, 15.5 inches in width, and has a diameter of 6.5 inches. It is a medium-sized bag great for holding baby's items and a few items of your own. If you have multiple kids, need to haul toys and sporting items, or want to use the bag as a purse and diaper bag, the Thirty-One large utility tote fits your needs. It is about 11.75 inches in height, 21.5 inches in width, and 10 inches in diameter. The reliable sellers on eBay offer Thirty-One products in many different prints and patterns, ensuring that you find something that fits your style. When you have a baby, a bit of organization is key for making your day go as smoothly as possible. One is a laptop bag that I liked and decided to turn into a diaper bag. It's about the same width and height, but it's only about 4" deep. It could use a few more pockets since it only has the one... the laptop compartment - I use it for diapers, wipes and changing pad. Everything else is in a jumbled heap in the main compartment. Eh, it works. Slightly annoying, but it works. https://i.pinimg.com/736x/64/34/f4/6434f4d4cce85fb06e521a87349a92bd--thirty-one-fall-winter-.jpg
Of course, your “diaper bag” doesn’t have to be a bag designed specifically for that purpose—something else may better match your personal style and have a use after your kids are out of diapers. Parents we know have used bags ranging from this lightweight Patagonia travel tote (a pick in our tote bags guide), to a simple cloth grocery bag, to a waxed canvas farmer’s market bag, to a Baggu drawstring backpack or shoulder bag (our top tote bag pick), to a many-pocketed canvas shoulder bag sold on Etsy, to an expensive Tom Bihn backpack that has a pocket layout that works well for baby supplies (wipes in the bottom, changing pad in the main compartment, bottles in the side pockets). “Because of the removable-laptop-sleeve design, I could use the same backpack with and without the kids,” the Tom Bihn-loving dad told us. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/27/d0/1a/27d01adfa5147dd194a96bb69576dba3--barbara-palvin-hair-beauty.jpg

The solid colors of the Take Two Diaper Bag also make it a cinch to personalize – just choose your favorite thread color and font! Here’s a personalization tip: Your last name or initial work just as well as baby’s name on your diaper bag! The neutral colors also make it the perfect canvas for Icon-Its, or choose a new Floral Letter or Blackboard Initial monogram. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/cd/49/ee/cd49ee5977aaf293fde505bf645262ba--away-we-go-thirty-one.jpg
Aside from features and functionality, preferences and personal style will definitely attract some people to the B.F.F. The look of this bag is simply more suited to some people than the Skip Hop. And having tested both side by side, we consider each a good value. But let’s be honest, if you are ready to pay nearly $200 for a diaper bag, you’re probably not considering this against the Skip Hop. If it were our money, we’d rather buy this than one of the other similarly priced bags out there. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/b0/10/63/b010636f74d0d567f4c3c58cdd763a79--thirty-one-organizations.jpg

This is our highest-ranking convertible diaper bag, and we love the style and functionality of this versatile and relatively unisex diaper bag system. The bag converts from a regular over-the-shoulder diaper bag, to a messenger bag, and to a super comfortable backpack with soft shoulder pads. So just when your arm or shoulder is getting sore, you can untuck the backpack straps from the side pocket, and off you go, in style and comfort. But it's not just versatile. This diaper bag is also super functional. It has outside and inside pockets, 3M baby bottle insulator pockets, and clever see-through plastic pockets inside so you can see what you're looking for before you go searching. It's relatively small, but we found it big enough for one baby, and the fact that you can open the main compartment nice and wide really helps you fit all your things in (and prevents you from randomly searching for things). But it does have a few drawbacks, given its high price (like $170). For this price, we would expect a bit higher quality on the fabrics and zippers. They're good, but not quite on par with the heavier duty zippers of a SOHO bag, or the easy-clean fabrics of a SkipHop bag. So while it's on our list of best diaper bags, and we think it's worthy of inclusion, these drawbacks will keep it a bit lower in our reviews and ratings. Interested? Packing for your baby’s first overnight trip to Grandma’s is easier when you’ve got a jumbo-sized diaper bag to tote all that extra gear in, and the Arrows Weekender is the biggest diaper bag we’ve found, measuring 19" x 15" x 6". (The dimensions make it a great choice for cloth-diapering parents, too!) There are two deep exterior pockets and four interior pockets.
I have 4 kiddos and currently love the Harbor Side Tote (although the new satchel looks adorable too), from Vilah Bloom! I believe they are based out of Michigan and the company was very attentive when my latest shipment was late. It has a comfortable, detachable cross body option and lots of pockets inside and out. I too, have gone through a ton of diaper bags over the years as our needs have changed. I’m hoping I can use this one for a few more years, since it doesn’t really look like a diaper bag to me! https://i.pinimg.com/236x/3e/96/02/3e9602cc3a857f845f3076843545a1f8--insulated-bags-my-thirty-one.jpg

“It is time to break the silence about children’s mental health and with the support of mission-driven partners like Thirty-One Gifts, together, we can set the foundation for helping children not just in our own backyard, but also provide critical resources to children and families around the country,” said Niki Shafer, senior vice president, Outreach, Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Skip Hop makes some excellent diaper bags, and this one is no exception. The Skip Hop Duo Signature has a slightly more modern styling than the classic lines and colors of the Grand Central models, and is shaped more like a tote or over-the-shoulder bag than it is a purse. It's narrow and deep rather than wide and short, and a bit smaller overall than the purse-shaped models, so it's good for someone who doesn't want to be lugging around a truly enormous diaper bag. It's also about the same width as most strollers, so it doesn't stick out on the sides a lot when you hang it on the handlebars. But while it's smaller overall, it's still super functional. It has 10 pockets, a separate insulated bottle holder, a breathable side pocket, a key ring clip, diaper changing pad, and a great interior liner. The Skip Hop Duo's main interior pocket is super deep and we loved the lining, it was soft but also rugged enough to make wipe-cleaning easy. The padded shoulder strap was comfortable, as were the padded carry-handles. We were able to fit everything in that we needed, including diapers, wipes, baby bottles, and cloths. Being relatively tall, we found that when it was fully loaded it did tend to topple over sometimes. We also found it less convenient to reach in and easily grab something, since things tended to get stacked on top of one another, so this design might not be for everyone. Also, the changing pad was a bit small relative to some others on this list. So, this Skip Hop Duo Signature model is an excellent diaper bag, with some minor drawbacks. Note that Skip Hop also makes a Skip Hop Duo Diaper Backpack that is very similar to this but in the backpack style, and is also very well-reviewed. Interested? You can check out this SkipHop Duo Signature diaper bag here. https://i.pinimg.com/236x/ab/1d/d4/ab1dd430829095e8ebc437d2a8f2bf08--vendor-table-vendor-booth.jpg
This is an enormous and stylish black vegan leather diaper bag with every pocket, compartment, and nook and cranny you need to make for a perfect journey with your baby! In our testing, this designer baby diaper bag received the most attention from other moms - every time we used it we got comments about how nice it is and questions about where we found it. And we were not surprised given just how nice this bag is. It is designed as a large tote, coming in at about 19" wide, 13" high, and 7" deep, meaning that it has nearly a full cubic foot of space inside, which is really cavernous! And it's not just inside space that makes this diaper bag amazing, it's also the two zippered outside pockets and the five additional outside pouches that are perfect for quick access to baby wipes, bottles, pacifiers, and the included changing pad (using the large back outside pocket). There is an amazing lined pocket on the front that can be used for anything wet - like a wet bathing suit or clothing, while keeping the rest of the bag and its contents dry. It also has two insulated pockets on the inside that are perfect for keeping a bottle or snack chilled during a trip, and a ton of additional space that is perfect for holding a nursing cover, blanket, change of clothes, and more. The changing pad comes with a little travel pouch that's the right size for a diaper and wipes when you want something to quickly bring with you to the changing table. It also includes a shoulder strap that you can use to carry it across your chest, and it also includes stroller straps to help you attach it to your stroller (but be careful with that!). We loved nearly everything about this black faux leather diaper bag, and thought it was an amazing addition to this year's diaper bag buying guide. The Honest Company also makes a backpack version of this bag, called the Honest Company City Backpack Diaper Bag, for about the same price, that is worth checking out if you prefer that style. Downfalls? Well if we're being really picky, the zippers were finicky sometimes, and the tote straps were a good size for holding with your hand or forearm but not quite big enough to put on your shoulder. But those are relatively minor points that are about our subjective experience. But one big challenge with this bag is the price, coming in at around $150 or so which seems expensive for a faux leather diaper bag. If you love the styling but want to save some cash, check out the Skip Hop Chelsea Downtown Chic Diaper Bag that has a very similar look and functionality but is a little bit smaller and only about half the price.
